I visit your home regularly to air it, check that everything is in order and keep it lived-in while you’re away. I can also collect your mail, take meter readings and send you updates about your property.
Organising maintenance
Heating, garden, roof or other equipment: I keep track of agreed maintenance, arrange appointments with professionals and follow up on their work. You no longer have to coordinate every visit yourself.
Handling unexpected issues
If a problem arises in your home or is reported by an occupant, I can visit, assess the situation and arrange the next steps with your agreement. You have someone to call, even when you cannot be there in person.
